LONOKE HIGH SCHOOL 1900-1931
It was said to be the largest frame structure in Arkansas and, according to a 1911 Lonoke publication," the best graded and high school in the State." It burned in 1931, destroying all the many trophies and records, and was replaced in 1937 by the present school.
